Big thumbs up for PAA definately the way to go to get more natural protein into your body..utilized by the body 99% so there is no wastage ..great for general healing ..building muscles…pain/recovery. I stopped using collagen and msm sulphur powder now that i take PAA + these products do so much more …I have bought other flavours..Lemon/lime at first was a bit bitter/sharp tasting but i experimented with hot and cold liquids and found cold suits me. I love mocha flavour…do your self a favour and go on site and read up on the claims what this product does….All true..im 77 my aches and pains are gone..no more afternoon naps..have lots of energy when I swim, dance and lift weights…my body recovers very quickly and no more muscle fatigue.
