Absolutely LOVE this protein. As recommended by Gary Brecka, we use this before a workout as we work out fasted, and it tastes great and feels really smooth. Highly recommend!

I found these Magnesium Tablets to be the best. I used to suffer from very bad leg and foot cramps but do not have a problem with cramps any more. I have tried other brands but none covered as well as these.
