This had an immediate effect on me and it is all positive. As a suggestion from the guys at Stoneage. I increased my dose to a full teaspoon for 5 days on and 2 days off and it’s working quite well but the initial half a teaspoon suggested still had a good effect.
Overall energy and well being fantastic. Also, I’ve changed nothing around my diet and and activities and have noticed a reduction in body fat percentage. Big thumbs up
