The Quinton Hypertonic QuintEssential sachets offer the most convenient option for athletes and travelers on the go. Add one to daily water intake or use before and after workouts. When consumed directly by mouth, hold for 30 to 60 seconds before swallowing to allow intra-oral absorption of minerals, trace elements and marine co-factors.

As a dietary supplement, take 1 sachet (20mL) a day. Additional sachets, up to a total of 3 per day, may be consumed in divided doses prior to meals and strenuous physical and mental activity.
