i first heard about hydrogen water on a Ray Peat (PhD) podcast with heaps of credible studies; it has selective antioxidant properties and reduces certain radical groups and promotes mitochondrial respiration what i got from it was a definite feeling of alterness (btw i originally used this product on its own to get an accurate gauge) i take one tablet in some water infused with a few drops of purified methylene blue first thing in the morning
